“Sadly, I have to say Cesar Estrada is not a reliable contractor. He came and looked at my chimney more than 6 months ago and kept delaying the start. Then he finally agreed to come and look at it again and failed to show up for an appointment in the middle of the day. Nor would he answer his phone. Disappointing as he had been recommended. Irresponsible as I delayed going to work to see him and also delayed finding someone else to do the work because he kept stringing me along. Call me Disappointed in Chappaqua. \n” -
